How to Unblock Your Iridium Phone

By default, your PIN code is 1111.  If the PIN is entered incorrectly several times and the screen reads “Blocked” then follow these instructions:

Click Here to Request a PUK Number

Once you receive your PUK:

1. Turn phone on 
2. Phone should say BLOCKED 
3. Dial **05*  
4. ENTER THE PUK NUMBER
5. PRESS “OK”, “OK” 
6. ENTER NEW PIN (1111 is suggested pin) 
7. Press “OK” 
8. ENTER NEW PIN AGAIN (1111 suggested pin) 
9. Press “OK” 
10. Phone should say complete and begin searching for signal.

*9555 and 9575 Users - Press Green Button in the place of "OK."
