GEOS Registration & Configuration for Non-US Number Plans

Follow the steps below on how to register for GEOS and configure your IsatPhone 2.

Step 1: Register with GEOS

1. Navigate to https://my-geos.com/registration
2. Select option "Register or Manage Your Inmarsat Device
3. Read and accept the GEOS terms & conditions
4. Select option "First Time Registration" and click Continue
   
5. Complete the GEOS registration form, fill out all of the required fields and click Register when done
   
6. Once you have submitted and successfully completed the registration form you will be presented with a registration confirmation message 
   
7. You will also receive a welcome email from GEOS Alliance, providing you with the emergency contact details to configure your IsatPhone 2.

Step 2: Configure IsatPhone 2

1. Power on your IsatPhone 2 handset
2. Press Menu
3. Navigate to Location Services and press Select
4. Scroll to Assistance Button and press Select
5. Scroll to Configure and press Select
6. Scroll to Call Config and press Select
7. Scroll to Add New Recipient and press Select
8. Enter Geos in the Nickname field, enter [phone] in the Telephone field and press Save
9. Press the Back button twice to return to the Assistasnce Config screen
10. Scroll to Message Config and press Select
11. Scroll to Edit Recipient, press Select, followed by Options
12. Scroll to Add New Recipent and press Select
13. Scroll to Text Message and press Select
14. Enter Geos in the Nickname field, enter [phone] in the Telephone field and press Save
15. You will be presnted with a confirmation messages which displays, "To save GEOS as a message recipient, confirm that you have registered your phone with them online" and press Confirm to continue
16. You have successfully configured your IsatPhone 2 for use with GEOS, press the red button to return to the home screen.
